ABOUT
My work is defined by an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from a background that spans the Anglo-American literary canon, computer science, and a Korean perspective.
I grew up reading authors like J.G. Ballard, William S. Burroughs, William Faulkner, Flannery O’Connor, Lois McMaster Bujold, and Alfred Bester. However, I was born in South Korea, I reside in South Korea, and I will continue to be based in South Korea.
I write across a spectrum of forms, from literary criticism to fiction (as evinced below). My literary work explores diverse categories, from coming-of-age narratives to speculative fiction that synthesizes liberal theological perspectives with technical logic. In my storytelling, I specialize in a world-building approach that emphasizes structural and conceptual depth.
I maintain privacy regarding personal information and prefer to be addressed using they/them pronouns.
